TORONTO, October 13, 2017 - Echelon Wealth Partners Inc. (Echelon) is proud to announce its inaugural certification as a Great Place to Work®. As the company’s first attempt at certification it is a proud moment for both employees and management to achieve such success early in the company’s history.
Echelon looks forward to building upon this initial employee survey and focus on areas of improvement. The company achieved an 80 per cent participation rate which shows the willingness of staff to help make Echelon the preeminent independent brokerage firm in Canada. With room to improve, the company has created an employee engagement committee with over 30 members from across the organization that will meet and steer the efforts for improvement over the next year.
Echelon’s CEO David Cusson “thought it was important for Echelon to contract a third-party organization to conduct our internal review and survey to build on one of our core founding principles, transparency. Only by being honest with ourselves can we hold each other accountable and affect real change.”
GPTW operates in over 50 countries globally, conducting employee research on over 12 million employees annually from thousands of organizations of all sizes, industries and maturities. Echelon looks forward to implementing further changes in 2018 based on its internal employee engagement committee’s recommendations from the GPTW®’s survey results.
